Find out how we did with our first fundraising effort for Breakthrough Breast Cancer!

As you are hopefully aware, Golfposer have started a close working relationship with Breakthrough Breast Cancer Scotland and recently we held our very first silent auction to win a signed Rickie Fowler golf shoe! We are delighted to announce that Mr. Gary Richardson, based in Saudi Arabia, was the highest bidder for this limited edition Beetroot BioFusion Golf Shoe from Puma with a generous bid of £100. Gary said, "I'm delighted I could help you raise some money for this most worthwhile cause."

A huge thank you to Gary is in order and Golfposer have also pledged to match his winning bid in order to bring the total raised to £200 for Breakthrough. GP owner Andy, seen above with his 'pink motley crew' said, "We have lots of fund-raising activities planned for 2014. I chose to be involved with the charity as it is close to my own heart with some family members having suffered from Breast Cancer, one of whom sadly passed away after secondary cancer & one who has been through treatment and been given the all clear for the fifth year running.

"We are in a great position to raise funds through Golfposer and it’s nice to be able to help such a fantastic cause. We feel great to be involved and hopefully our little bit of help throughout the year will add to the great work already being done.”

This is just the beginning of our fundraising efforts for Breakthrough Scotland and we would urge our customers to stay tuned and hopefully get involved as far as possible for such a worthy cause!
