UK DELIVERY - ALL ORDERS EXPRESS
The cut off time for all guaranteed next working day services is 3pm (GMT). All orders with weekend delivery must be placed prior to 3pm on Friday afternoon.

UK MAINLAND ORDERS OVER £50 = FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING VIA DPD*
HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS = £9.95 AS STANDARD OR FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £200
SATURDAY & SUNDAY DPD (UK MAINLAND ONLY) = £9.95
*two day service will apply to UK Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland & out of area postcodes.

*A heavy item surcharge will apply to all golf shoes & bags for all international countries - these are automatically calculated at checkout.
**An additional surcharge may apply to remote locations within international destinations - we will contact you via email before processing the shipment.
UK orders placed before 3pm:
Express delivery will be made within 1 working day.
European orders will be received within 2-4 working days via DPD.
International orders will be received in 2-3 working days via UPS.
On rare occasions, international shipments may be subject to customs delays.
All UK & International orders must be returned within 28 days of the original purchase date - though you can find information on our extended Christmas Returns Policy here.
All returned items must be both unworn and have all original packaging with tags still fixed to garment.

When returning an item we strongly suggest you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office when you send an item back. For more expensive items we also advise that a fully insured service is used e.g. Recorded Delivery for items up to £35 and Special Delivery for items above £35.
Unfortunately delivery and return costs will not be refunded unless the item is defective.
