FAQs

  • How do I pay for my return?

    If you choose our DPD shop return service and are returning your item(s) for a refund, we will deduct £2.50 from your refund for using this expedited & insured service. Alternatively, you can send back your return at your own expense (we recommend using a fully tracked service with a signature required).

  • Can I get a free return?

    We will not charge any fees for customers who wish to exchange their item(s) or return for store credit.

  • How does the exchange process work?

    Once we receive your item(s) back, we will process any exchange requests within one working day and dispatch the exchanged item to the same shipping address from the original order - free of charge. If your requested item is unavailable, we will provide "store credit" on your Golfposer account for using online at a future date.

  • What happens if I am over the returns period of 30 days?

    Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returned items which were dispatched over 30 days prior to the return request.
