Puma Golf Clothing Collection Autumn Winter 2014

We delve into the depths of the Puma Golf Collection for Autumn/Winter 2014 to highlight the best picks from the range!

The sun has been shining in the UK over the past few weeks and we hope you have all been making the most of it out on the golf course, but here at GP HQ we are all looking ahead to the Autumn/Winter season with new arrivals almost every day. Puma Golf was one of the first new collections to become available and it was certainly a joyous moment to see fresh Puma Golf clothing arrive - especially since SS14 stock has been dwindling in numbers after the range's huge appeal and popularity!

SS14 is a thing of the past though and AW14 is what everyone is talking about. Some stunning golf shirt styles have already been hitting our screens with Rickie Fowler playing so incredibly well at The Open Championship earlier this month, whilst new Puma star Graham DeLaet also put in a great showing at his home open in Canada last week. Rickie Fowler's scripts for The Open at Hoylake were well received with brand new colour ways such as Crimson Red and Navy Blue catching the eye, whilst Scuba Blue and Pool Green are the two others which complete the new colour palette.

The Puma campaign for Autumn/Winter 2014 has centred around the Raglan Light polo shirt which is perhaps the most iconic from the range, but there are also many other styles available if this print isn't for you. The Pattern Print and Jacquard Pattern shirts feature all over pattern detail, whilst the Ombre Stripe shirt (above) is a real winner if you want something that little bit more subtle but still design-led and on-trend. The Duo Swing Digi Graphic shirt (below), meanwhile, is our personal favourite as it's wearable with a whole host of coloured pants and shoes; Puma in a nutshell.

In terms of Puma trousers to match, the newly refined Puma Plaid Tech pants are our pick of the selection on offer - with the Monolite pants not too far behind. A much more subtle check pattern from the previous range features, with the navy blue and orange combination much more stylish than they might initially suggest. The Monolite trousers are always popular with their slightly more technical fabrication, whilst many more colours of the six pocket tech pants such as Scuba Blue and Biking Red are arriving online very soon.

2014 has been a resounding success for Puma Golf footwear and their belief in the shoe range was so strong that they kept the same style options for Autumn/Winter, simply updated with a handful of new colour ways to tie in with the clothing offering. The Biofusion Spikeless Mesh shoes (with a two year waterproof warranty, by the way) are our favourite style, whilst the BioFusion and Neo Lux shoes continue to prove popular with their lightweight and comfortable nature coupled with superb reliability.

As always, a host of accessories to match the clothing range is available with new styles of golf belts, caps and gloves all featured alongside beanie hats - but we appreciate most of you might not quite be interested in the beanies for a few months yet! Stay updated with all of our latest Puma Golf news with the GP Newsletter which will feature an exciting Puma competition coming in the next few weeks!
