Which golf shoes do you currently wear?
ML: I actually wear the older version of the adidas Tour360 from last year, so this should be a good comparison.
CL: I wear Footjoy BOA shoes from a couple of years ago.
Have you ever owned/tried any adidas golf shoes before?
ML: Yes, as above. I have always worn adidas golf footwear, really.
CL: I have never even tried a pair of adidas golf shoes before.
What was your perception of adidas golf footwear (in general) prior to testing?
ML: For me, they are the best brand of golf shoes on the market.
CL: To be honest, I've always thought they were a bit expensive; I always felt like I got better value from Footjoy. That's a longstanding opinion which has meant I've never bought a pair of adidas before - I have that trust in Footjoy.
More specifically, what were your thoughts on the adidas TOUR360 shoes prior to testing?
ML: I think they're fantastic. I've worn different versions for a number of years now.
CL: I did actually like the look of Tour360 shoes prior to testing. I quite like the styling and the different colour options that are available.
What were your first impressions upon receiving your TOUR360 shoes?
ML: I think they're the most stylish looking Tour360 shoes to date. Even though they're only moderately different to last year's, I just love the overall look and this new white/navy colour you gave me. When I received them, I tried them on immediately and actually noticed a massive difference in the fit of the shoe. For me, I think that they fit a lot better than the previous year’s model.
CL: My first impression of the golf shoes was really good. I was given the black spikeless version and, while I am generally not a fan of black golf shoes, I really liked the look of these with the white BOOST cushioning. I love a spikeless shoe so it was nice to see adidas bringing this one to market.

How did they feel straight out of the box during your round at Carnoustie?
ML: They felt really good straight out the box, really comfy and a great fit. They felt even more comfortable than my own shoes, which says a lot.
CL: These felt good straight out the box during my round. In the past, I have often ended up with blisters on my heels but I had no issues whatsoever with these. The grip on the shoes was ideal for the round at Carnoustie; it was a dry day but the ground was still a little soft in places.
How were your feet feeling in the hours after your round?
ML: Totally fine - I would usually get some aches and pains but nothing after my first round with these.
CL: My feet were fine and would have had no issues playing another round in the spikeless Tour360s. It was great that I could brush them down and wear them straight into the clubhouse after, too.
What was your favourite thing about the shoes?
ML: For me, they have a really stylish look but I have always thought that about adidas Tour360 shoes - so I'll go for the added comfort which is especially notable at the arch of your foot.
CL: I find it really hard to pick just one favourite thing about these shoes. I loved everything about them, but if I had to pick one I would have to say the style and the look of the shoe was my favourite.

How did they compare against any other golf shoe you've owned before?
ML: Comfier and better looking than previous year's Tour360 BOOST, for sure.
CL: These are by far the best and most comfortable shoes I have owned.
Would you recommend adidas golf shoes to any of your golfing buddies?
ML: Absolutely.
CL: Yeah I would recommend these to all my golfing buddies who are looking to purchase a new pair of golf shoes.
